Harrod Healthcare Real Estate (HHRE) has partnered with PRECISE to develop a new, two-story, 32,000SF medical office building on a 4-acre site in Riverview, FL. This marks our fourth collaboration with HHRE since 2020. PRECISE is providing both pre-construction and construction management services for the project. The building shell and site work are currently under construction, with completion scheduled for January 2025.
