Tallahassee, FL – PRECISE is proud to announce the successful completion of the Spine and Joint Surgery Center, in Tallahassee. This state-of-the-art 17,600-square-foot ambulatory surgery center features four advanced operating rooms and was developed in collaboration with HCA Surgery Ventures and Tallahassee Outpatient Clinic. The project was developed using a design-build delivery method. The design-build team included GHC Architects, I.C. Thomasson & Associates, Fullone Structural Group, and Moore Bass Consulting, Inc. 

Located at 2629 Welaunee Boulevard, the Spine and Joint Surgery Center is designed to function like a hospital, offering personalized care, private recovery rooms, and dedicated patient amenities. This facility was built to increase access to specialized healthcare for spine and joint patients.

“The specialized care allows for efficient and cost-effective treatments that will have lasting benefits for our patients and the community we serve,” said Denice Knight, Administrator at TOSC. “This center is the first of its kind in Florida, with every detail—facility design, technology, and staff—dedicated to these specific surgical specialties.”

PRECISE has successfully completed over 120 surgery centers in Florida.
